How the Sale Went

We provided our clients with a full auction service, including evaluating and negotiating services. We appraised the property, set an agreed budget, and bid on their behalf at auction. Given our experience with bidding at auction we avoid getting caught up in the emotion that many bidders experience, and in this instance secured the property within budget.
