Our clients were moving from the Eastern suburbs to the Northern Beaches. They wanted a family home a short drive to the beach. The home was to be in a ready to live condition with a pool. They were unfamiliar with the local areas, but wanted a home to provide comfort and space. They also wanted to find a property quickly so they could get started with the relocation process.

How the Sale Went

Our clients absolutely loved the property that we found within just 10 days of signing with us, but they didn’t know the area at all. So we helped them familiarise themselves with the area. We took them to the local coffee shop and showed them their nearest beach. We also advised them about their options for schooling and showed them some great local walks.

Closing Thoughts
