So happy to post this review for Lock & Key. Simon, Hayley, Caity and the team were amazing to deal with. From the outset they set up a WhatsApp group and kept us apprised of all the properties they viewed on our behalf together with accompanying comments and videos/photos and their recommendations. After spending over a year looking at properties we were so glad to get our weekends back and let them do the hard work! We viewed a house on Saturday, had contracts reviewed the same day and the building inspection done on Monday morning and then Simon negotiated directly on our behalf from there. Five stars isn't enough ! Working with Simon and Hayley has been a fabulous experience from day one.
