So happy to post this review for Lock & Key. Simon, Hayley, Caity and the team were amazing to deal with. From the outset they set up a WhatsApp group and kept us apprised of all the properties they viewed on our behalf together with accompanying comments and videos/photos and their recommendations. After spending over a year looking at properties we were so glad to get our weekends back and let them do the hard work! We viewed a house on Saturday, had contracts reviewed the same day and the building inspection done on Monday morning and then Simon negotiated directly on our behalf from there.
