The client was from out of the area and didn’t know which suburb of the Northern Beaches would best suit them. They wanted a property that had an opportunity to add value, close to amenities and the beach.

The property we bought for this client was completely off-market, so no one else even knew about it. The property met their brief and had immense potential. We negotiated a fantastic deal for considerably less than their budget. As they weren’t familiar with the local area we took time to show them around the suburb. We always do this to ensure our clients feel totally comfortable. The clients loved the area!
