Our clients were already living in the area and were very familiar with Collaroy. They wanted us to secure them a property within the area.

They wanted a larger property, with the ability to add value by renovating or possibly even adding another bedroom. We had to work fast as their property was on the market, and was attracting lots of interest.

How the Sale Went
