Simon & the whole team at Lock and Key were fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to understand our specific wants/needs and made sure to show us places that met that brief. When we were left to our own devices we were looking at too many properties and trying to convince ourselves that certain compromises were worth it - they weren’t. What was so clear very quickly is they knew exactly how the market was going to behave. Simon would be able to guess within 20-30k a price that something would sell for even if the listing price was well off. From the outset they set up a WhatsApp group and kept us apprised of all the properties they viewed on our behalf together with accompanying comments and videos/photos and their recommendations.
