Simon & the whole team at Lock and Key were fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to understand our specific wants/needs and made sure to show us places that met that brief. When we were left to our own devices we were looking at too many properties and trying to convince ourselves that certain compromises were worth it - they weren’t. What was so clear very quickly is they knew exactly how the market was going to behave. Simon would be able to guess within 20-30k a price that something would sell for even if the listing price was well off. In the end Simon was part realtor and part therapist (poor guy) as I was a very anxious first time buyer. He listened to my concerns and we talked through all the realities until I was ready. The thing I can say I feel most confident in is that with Lock and Key I know we bought well. Something worth it’s value and right for us. Now we have our own little slice of paradise in Manly. Would we recommend them, absolutely! We already have to a couple friends who are looking.

Five stars isn't enough ! Working with Simon and Hayley has been a fabulous experience from day one. We had been looking of a family home for 12 months with no success and within 8 days of working with this power couple we bought our family home. Lock & Key have gone above and beyond even helping us organise movers & cleaners. The process and communication at every stage was very clear and easy to understand. The level of service has been incredible, any questions or concerns were addressed straight away via text or phone call. We were never waiting around to hear back, they jumped on the phone straight away which was so refreshing !
