This week, we have bought three properties: one for a downsizer, one for a first-time buyer, and one for a family. All of these people had been looking without success. Going back in was always going to be difficult because the tenant wasn’t forthcoming with providing access, but that gave us a free ride for a week.

It’s amazing how dynamic this process can be. It’s fun, but with 19 clients, it’s pretty hectic. I’ve almost pulled back from trying to sign new clients for a week or so, but the pipeline we built means they’re just coming on board. We’re buying three and signing three new clients each week.
